Junior Jedi

This class is aimed at 6 - 10 year olds learning the dynamic moves of kickboxing together with the vital life skills of confidence and respect.

Teen Kickboxing

This class is aimed at 11 - 16 years of age learning the dynamic moves of kickboxing together with the vital life skills of confidence and respect.

Senior Kickboxing

Our senior classes cater for everyone 16 years of age and above.

They provide health and fitness benefits associated with Martial Arts training as well as increased mental capacity.

We can accommodate you whether you want to lose weight, get fit or even just make friends and have fun.

Junior Taekwondo

This class is aimed at 5 - 10 year olds learning the dynamic and traditional moves of ITF Thai Boxing together with the vital life skills of confidence and respect.

Teen Taekwondo

This class is aimed at 6 - 10 year olds learning the dynamic and traditional moves of ITF Taekwondo together with the vital life skills of confidence and respect.
